The Higgs boson was (perhaps) discovered and its mass is found to be 126 GeV. This great achievement is, however, actually a bad news for LHC SUSY searches, because the mass of 126 GeV requires HEAVIER SUSY particles than we expected; the scalar-top (stop) must be O(1-10)TeV under the MSSM. Then it becomes subtle whether we can discover the SUSY at the LHC.

We still have two reason to believe the LHC will discover the SUSY. The one is the discussion on little hierarchy, and the other is the fact that the muon g-2 anomaly can be solved with the SUSY. These two indicate that some of the SUSY particles should be within the LHC reach. In this talk first I will review these current status of the SUSY.

Then I will focus on the muon g-2 anomaly, and the SUSY as the solution to it. Actually it is IMPOSSIBLE to solve the anomaly under the MSSM + GMSB or the MSSM + mSUGRA scenarios. We have to extend the MSSM, to complicate the SUSY breaking framework, or to abandon to solve the anomaly. We will choose the first scenario: we introduce the V-MSSM, an MSSM extension with vector-like particles.

We will see that, under the V-MSSM, we can still use the simplest frameworks, the GMSB or the mSUGRA, to solve the muon g-2 problem with realizing the Higgs mass of 126 GeV, and then discuss current LHC bounds on the model; from LHC SUSY searches, and LHC extra quark searches.
